Project & Programme Management
We are looking for project and programme managers at all levels with experience delivering complex water or wider infrastructure programmes. From project manager through to programme director, we value people who are delivery focused, commercially aware, and able to build strong client relationships.
Relevant experience: NEC4 contract environment, capital delivery programmes, water sector or wider utilities, PMO leadership, stakeholder management.
Planning & Project Controls
We are looking for planners and project controls professionals who understand that their role is to drive decisions not just produce reports. Experience with Primavera P6 is essential at senior levels. We recruit from graduate planner through to lead planner and controls manager.
Relevant experience: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, NEC4 programme management, baseline development, variance analysis, delay analysis, compensation event management, progress reporting
Commercial & Contract Management
We are looking for commercial managers and quantity surveyors who are fluent in NEC4 and understand the commercial realities of infrastructure delivery. We recruit from assistant commercial manager through to commercial director level.
Relevant experience: NEC4 compensation events, final account management, cost reporting, procurement, dispute avoidance, water sector or wider infrastructure.
Risk Management
We are looking for risk professionals who can combine analytical rigour with practical delivery experience. Experience in quantitative risk analysis and NEC4 early warning management is particularly valued.
Relevant experience: Risk register management, Monte Carlo simulation, NEC4 early warning, programme contingency analysis, stakeholder facilitation
Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement
We are looking for professionals with experience managing complex stakeholder environments in the water sector or wider regulated industries. Strong communication skills and an understanding of the Ofwat regulatory framework are highly valued.
Relevant experience: Ofwat engagement, Environment Agency, community consultation, regulatory reporting, governance frameworks, AMP process
Value Engineering
We are looking for professionals with experience facilitating and delivering value management across capital programmes, combining technical engineering knowledge with commercial and delivery awareness.
Relevant experience: Value management workshops, whole-life costing, optioneering, capital programme delivery, water or utilities sector
Grades & Levels
We recruit across all levels of experience and seniority. As a guide:
Graduate & Early Career — You are in the first two to four years of your career, keen to learn quickly and take on responsibility in a supportive but stretching environment.
Mid-Level Practitioner — You have three to seven years of experience, are competent and confident in your discipline, and are ready to lead workstreams and manage junior team members.
Senior Professional — You have seven or more years of experience, can operate independently with clients, lead complex deliverables, and bring genuine sector expertise.
Principal & Director — You are a recognised senior figure in your field, able to win work, lead teams, and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
